Dr. Vin Pillai is a board certified Internist with extensive experience in primary care and hospital medicine. He practiced medicine in Ealing, London, and Newport, Wales before moving to the U.S and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Yale Affiliated Danbury Hospital, CT. Before joining Curis, Dr. Pillai worked in primary care with Hartford Healthcare.
Dr. Pillai has a master’s in clinical research in the field of Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolic diseases. He is also a certified functional medicine practitioner with the Institute of Functional Medicine. Dr. Pillai is passionate about preventive medicine, longevity and healthcare disparities.
As Chief Medical Officer of Curis, Dr. Pillai serves as a liaison between the medical team and management. He is also responsible for recruitment, training and oversight of the firm’s clinical providers, including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Physicians.
